Gopher – Some control-related requests now execute faster.
Visualizer – Faster video export speed. Updated Spout library to latest version on Windows.
Chord detection – Don’t show the floating detected chord text ‘forever’.
MIDI scripting – Add function to identify if a pad in FPC is empty or not. Stepsequencer added a function, duplicateMidiPatternData(), to duplicate note data.
Diagnostics – Crash log now detects if Windows ARM was used.

Installation:
► Uninstall the previous version (recommended, but optional).
► If you use OneDrive, disable it during installation (if installed with OneDrive active, an incorrect path might be set in FL under “OPTIONS” > “File Settings” > “User data folder”).
- Install flstudio_win64_26.1.4.5589.exe.
- Copy the contents of the FL_Studio_26.1.4.5589-WD folder and overwrite the files in:
C:\Program Files\Image-Line\FL Studio 2026
Note: If you specified a custom installation path (e.g., a different drive) for FL, replace the file in that specific folder instead of the one listed in step 2. - Run FL Studio 26.1.reg and agree to apply the registry changes.
