Ensemble
Easily create authentic and expressive ensemble performances within a single engine, with the freedom to choose your own articulations for all five instruments. Access a wealth of variations and customization options as the intelligent Auto Divisi feature assigns the most accurate instrument to each note of the chord for realistic arrangements.

Now with even more articulations and preset phrases for instant inspiration. Create your own looping phrases by placing articulations, including long, short, dynamic, motif, and noise, on a tempo-synchronized grid for all five instruments.

Inside the Recording Process
Valves Pro lets you choose between condenser and ribbon microphone sounds to add different characteristics to your productions. When using high-quality transducers, condenser microphone recordings produce a detailed, natural, and airier sound, while ribbon microphones deliver a warmer, softer tone with a slight saturation thanks to the characteristic microphone preamps. All instrumentalists performed simultaneously in soundproof booths under the guidance of a single conductor via video feed and in-ear monitoring. The result is an authentic and playable ensemble with maximum flexibility.
