Description : Synthesizer V Studio Flat is a pirated build based on Synthesizer V Studio Pro version 1.11.0b1 with a redesigned voicebank system, the ability to modify them, and create your own via the Synthesizer Studio V Flat Manager. The redesigned engine uses more efficient compression algorithms for voicebanks, significantly reducing their size compared to the original. All other functionality is the same as in the regular version of Synthesizer V Studio Pro. DAW integration is available via a VST3 plugin.

Installing software :
  1. Uninstalling old versions is not necessary, as both SA and VST3 are installed under different names. However, it’s best to uninstall old VST3 versions before installing. It’s also recommended to copy the scripts and settings folders to C:\Users\username\Documents\Dreamtonics\Synthesizer V Studio somewhere so you can paste them into the new installation.
  2. Run Synthesizer V Studio Flat 1.3.4 Installer.exe and wait for the installation to complete. If anything crashes or doesn’t work during installation, temporarily disable Windows Defender and try again.
  3. Ready!
  4. If you can’t install the voice banks, open Synthesizer Studio V Flat Manager , click the “Install SFPKs” button, select the folder where you have the .sfpks files from the distribution, and click “OK.”

Installing additional voice banks :
The program seems to come with all voice banks available for SV1, but if you need anything else, look here . Downloaded .svpk files can either be opened by double-clicking or dragged onto the active SV window in the Standalone version.

Working in a DAW :
I tested it in Studio One 6, Cubase 15, FL Studio 25, and the latest REAPER (see screenshots). It opens and works, and I didn’t encounter any crashes.

What about the Russian language?
If you don’t mind getting into the weeds, the distribution includes instructions for modifying voice banks, which includes a section on expanding the language base. To do this, you’ll need to run the SVFlat_Language_Extra_250522.exe program and follow the on-screen instructions to expand the SV engine’s phoneme base. Then read the instructions and try them out. I’m providing two copies of the instructions: one in English and one in Russian. The Russian version is my rough translation, though I tried to make it more or less readable.
