If an update has been released, but you don’t want to wait for the distribution to be updated, you can update manually:
1. Download the updated installer from the developer’s website and unzip it using innoExtractor.
2. Find the required format in the unzipped folder: vst3/exe, rename it to: app.bin
3. Copy and replace to:
Path for VST3: %Program Files%\Common Files\VST3\Phonon.vst3\Contents\x86_64-win
Path for EXE: %Program Files%\PolyFreq\Phonon.vst3
4. Run. If the developer didn’t bother with license protection/verification, then it should work. If not, wait for the distribution to be updated.
