A free library from Wavelet Audio – Trailer Ambient Tools (also known as Free Trailer Ambient Tools). Don’t confuse it with another library from the same publisher – Trailer Box!
This library is free, so this distribution is for convenience only.
This library contains three .nki instruments:
- Trailer Piano.nki
- Trailer Piano Signals.nki
- Guitar Ebow.nki
Despite this, the Sound Design folder contains many unused WAV files. Feel free to use them as you wish.
• .WAV and .NCW formats, 48 kHz (96 kHz) / 24-bit.
• 484 MB.
• Includes the Kontakt Engine and individual WAV samples.
• Requires at least the full version of Kontakt 6.0.2 to work with the Engine. However, you can use the sound design WAV samples without the Engine.
• Primarily designed for trailers and cinematic sound, but at the same time, it can be used in any genre and any mix.
Try it with the Kontakt client:
In the “Instruments” menu in the lower left corner, click the gear icon -> “Add” -> select this library.
If this import method doesn’t work for you, you can try generating a .nicnt file and adding the library via the Kontakt Button. However, I haven’t tried it and am not sure it will work correctly!
