BFD3 3.5 is a professional virtual instrument for creating highly realistic acoustic drum parts in digital audio workstations (DAWs).
It’s designed for those who want to go beyond simply “pounding a beat” and instead capture the feeling of a live drummer in the room. It’s
based on carefully recorded, multi-layered samples of real drums, captured from various microphones (close, overhead, and room). This achieves a high degree of realism:
the sound reacts to the force of the strike, the position, and even the interaction of the drum kit elements.

The user can change the drum tuning, damping, microphone balance, dynamics, and the level of interaction between the kit’s elements.
The plugin includes a full-fledged mixer with effects and a Groove Engine. A built-in MIDI groove library helps quickly create a part. They can be edited or dragged into a project.

Installation :

Cleaning:
If you were using BFD3 version 3.4 or earlier, we recommend cleaning it.
This is especially important if you were using cracked libraries that don’t require activation, as this can cause activation failures with updated libraries.

To clean it, simply delete the folder:
%APPDATA%\BFD Drums\BFD3

Additional information:
Cracked libraries use modified serial number prefixes for activation.
For example, the original prefix for BFD Eldorado is “BFELD.”
The cracked version uses “BFD30” instead of “BFELD.”

These prefixes are saved in the user database after scanning.
Once saved, they are not updated until you manually remove them.

Installation: 

1. Make sure that R2R System is installed
   All applications are patched to work with R2R System Network Block Runtime.
2. Just run the installer and complete the installation.
3. Activating the program/add-ons Launch TEAM R2R INM810 inMusic Activator  (version 1.1.0 or higher) and register.
   By default, C:\Program Files\TEAM R2R\INM810 – inMusic Activator\INM810.exe
4. It activates all installed BFD programs and extensions.
   This means you’ll need to launch INM810 every time you install a new extension.

Please note:
An activation issue has been reported in the legal version:
Some third-party groove packs may show up as unauthorized, even though they work.

Additions:
All BFD3 expansions were updated after the release of BFD 3.5 (2025).
According to the developers, all expansions need to be updated.

From the developer notes:
All expansion packs have received bug fixes and metadata improvements.
Older versions of the expansions may not work with BFD 3.5.
