Description: Voxengo has proudly released Peakbuster, a plug-in for attack phase amplification and harmonic audio enhancement in professional music creation and sound editing applications.
Peakbuster is a multiband transient enhancer plug-in using an advanced automatic algorithm. The Peakbuster sets itself apart from the competition in its ability to always sound natural, even on the master bus. The depth of the effect depends on the material being processed: the algorithm expertly analyzes the dynamics of the processed sound and applies amplification in “absolutely correct” amounts. Moreover, the algorithm has a fairly “fast” response time, so its settings seem to be “smooth”, not “jumping”.
The depth of the effect can be selected independently for the low and high frequency ranges: this allows the Peakbuster to be used for a variety of program material, both for full mixes and for individual tracks.
In addition, Peakbuster uses a unique harmonic coloration: so even if the gain meter only shows the minimum amount of transient gain at a given time, the plug-in will still transform the processed sound.
