MICRO KITS 01 by SI BEGG features 5 meticulously crafted drum kits, perfectly suited for use in a wide variety of electronic genres. Brought to you by renowned sound designer and music producer, Simon Begg, the sample pack’s kits are formatted for a wide variety of samplers, providing instant inspiration for new tracks.
The sounds have been created with with a signature Si Begg sound that is futuristic, playful and bound to no specific genre. The raw .wav files are included as well, which can be used with nearly any software.

About Glitchmachines
In addition to his work as a sound designer for Twisted Tools, Ivo Ivanov is well known for his custom circuit bent instruments, having designed for some of the biggest names in the business, including Trent Reznor, Derrick Carter, Kero, Otto Von Schirach, Men Without Hats, Richard Devine and Justin Meldal-Johnsen. Ivo is also currently Campus Director and head of the Audio Engineering program at SAE Institute of Technology in San Francisco.

About EVAC
Over the past 15 years Jeremy Goldstein (EVAC) has been immersed in nearly every corner of the audio industry. As a music house & production facility, his own imprint, Quadrant 5 Studios, has gained international recognition for it’s scoring & sound design work for clients including Adidas, Diesel, Motorola, GM, & Time Warner. It’s contributions to sound design have seen sample library development & patch design for companies Sony, Mutekki Media, Haptic Audio, A Hiss & A Roar, and Twisted Tools.
His personal work, under the EVAC moniker, has served as a primary focus for over a decade. With recent releases on Buried in Time & Cartesian Binary Recordings, as well as remixes for Funkstorung, Crunch, Rena Jones, & Logreybeam, EVAC continues to broaden scope. About Tonebuilder
Tonebuilder is the creator of Driven Machine Drums and Driven Machine Drums STRIKES BACK!! He found himself after receiving multiple self-inflicted fork wounds in his thigh while simultaneously admiring the drum-buss compression on “Moves Like Jagger” and receiving an invitation to an “underground” event in Chicago’s most posh club district. After a few hours of repeating “You are not your drum-machines” and “His name was Ron Hardy”, he set out to on his own personal Operation Mayhem to covertly replace all your drum samples with exact replicas and/or sell the fat of phat producers back to themselves.
All sounds captured by Black Lion Sparrow MKII A/D convertor. Mogami cables used exclusively through-out the entire process. The kits are intended to be as close to “turn-key” as possible. Just load them up, jam out. Couple of bumps, nudges, or boosts to taste, or just EQ the drum buss.
