Description : AB-LM is a gain control that allows you to compare and match the volume levels with the sample in the FX circuit (AB comparison). The plugin will be useful in situations when mixing or mastering, when it will be necessary to quickly determine the effect of a plug-in (FX) or even a complex FX circuit on the sound. In most DAWs, you can easily turn on / off the AB function of single plug-ins or even entire FX circuits, but in most cases there is a sound volume difference between both cases. In order to compare the effect of the plug-in chain objectively, the volume of the incoming signal must correspond to the volume of the outgoing signal. Comparing the effect of plug-ins at equal volume levels can avoid the trap “the louder the better.”
