If the sound from the synthesizer is “delayed”
Congratulations, in this version of Synthesia, the developer was just puzzled by this problem. Now they have their own driver.
To enable it:
1. Go to settings -> Musical devices -> Built-in MIDI Synthesizer -> Use this device.
2. Go to settings -> Music devices -> Microsoft GS Wavetable Synth -> Do not send sounds to this device.
