About the Program

Flavor
Change the pitch and formant modulation of both monophonic and polyphonic audio in real time. These effects are commonly used to process vocals, giving them the jagged sound heard in countless pop, dance, and hip-hop hits. But if you’re feeling adventurous, try it on drumsβ€”you won’t be disappointed!

Sugar & Spice
Every sauce needs a little sugar and spice. Add harmonic richness or overdriven distortion to your liking with the Spice knob, and chorus or flanger effects with the Sugar knob.

Squeeze
Use these two parallel compressors to soften or heavily compress the input signal. These two compressors can also receive a signal from the sidechain input.

Smoke
Add a little air with three different convolution reverb options, inspired by DJ Swivel’s favorite reverbs of the past and present. Small rooms, medium-sized venues, or large halls. This knob works as a mix knob, allowing you to achieve a 100% wet signal, allowing The Sauce to be used as a return effect.

Drip
Drip is a classic, modern delay and echo modulation engine with built-in high- and low-pass filters and a ping-pong function. Simple, yet effective.

Multiband
The Sauce allows you to process all of the above effects, either as a whole or individually, across three user-configurable multiband layers. This opens up limitless possibilities for creating sounds and effects never before heard and currently unavailable in a standalone plugin like this.
