SpectraLayers 11 includes new AI algorithms for speech and music restoration, as well as process chains, batch processing, and volume envelope control. Enjoy new selection edge fade modifiers, improved transient editing, and new visualization capabilities. SpectraLayers 11 sets a new bar for spectral audio editing for music, sound design, restoration, and repair.
The SpectraLayers 11 user interface has been redesigned to accommodate the ever-growing number of available processes, which are now presented as modules in their own dedicated panel. Modules make process design easier by allowing you to combine, sort, filter and save process chains. This signals a new phase in workflow speed and efficiency.
New Unmix Chorus Module
Separate lead and backing vocals into vocal layers, specifically vocal layers created using the Unmix Song process. This process, along with other new and updated algorithms focused on music unmixing, are important milestones in the development of multi-stage song unmixing using AI – a specialty of SpectraLayers 11 .
New Unmix Crowd Noise Module
Use this algorithm to separate the scene and crowd aspects of a mix into independent layers. This process is just one of a wide range of new AI-powered features that target specific types and intensities of noise. Crucially, these algorithms exist in a diverse system that includes amazing tools for improving AI-generated products.
Breakthroughs in Separation The new Unmix Song
AI delivers clearer, more isolated, and more phase-coherent vocal stems, as well as improved results across all unmixed stems. AI-powered brass mixing means you can now automatically mix up to seven separate instruments at once.
New Transient Pencil
Tool Draw transients directly on the spectrogram. Power settings control the texture of the generated transients. Reconstruct damaged or missing transients and use this tool in combination with other SpectraLayers tools for creative sound design. It highlights how advances in dynamic spectral processing are moving towards the ability to perform complex work in real time.

2. Extract and Replace K’D to /Applications/SpectraLayers 11.app/Contents/MacOS/SpectraLayers 11 (using show package contents) VST3 to VST3 folder
