Try the following process:
1. Delete previous versions
2. Add the line 127.0.0.1 id.serato.com to the *hosts* file located along the path C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc (run notepad as administrator > file > open > go to the folder along the path above > on the bottom right change the display of files by type .txt to “All files” > open hosts)
3. Install *Serato Sample v2.0.0 CE*
It asks me to sign in, but at the same time says , no network connection. I did that as said.
ok what I did is deleting also the files from Serato in the User/AppData/Local, which were not deleted after unisntalling previous versions.

I don’t understand the tutorial on gaining the license file back.
did everything and still cannot get it to work. Edited hosts, removed appdata folder. and it still tries to connect to the internet and doesn’t start the vst
