Description :
PSP NobleQ combines the features of passive software equalizers with a wide range of frequency adjustments and advanced functionality.
To make this plugin a versatile tool, we’ve added several modern features, such as an adjustable high-pass filter
and the ability to switch the high-peak and band-pass filters to “Boost” or “Cut” modes.

The PSP NobleQ features a warm sound, low-frequency boost and cut filters, and combined high-frequency processing
with peaking and band-pass filters. The warm and musical sound of the PSP NobleQ is achieved through high-quality processing
using double FAT sampling, providing a natural, analog response. We’ve also added an output rounding algorithm that
emulates the operation of a vacuum tube amplifier, with adjustable processing depth.

A low-pass filter actually consists of two band-pass filters: the first boosts low frequencies, while the second attenuates them
but is tuned to higher frequencies. Together, they help achieve a rich, low-frequency sound without blurring the low and midrange frequencies.
The high-frequency range consists of two filters: a peaking filter with adjustable bandwidth (usually in boost mode)
and a band-pass filter (usually in cut mode). The two filters interact in such a way that the more the high frequencies are attenuated,
the more selective the peaking filter becomes, while the center frequency remains boosted.

PSP NobleQex is an enhanced version of PSP NobleQ. It features all the features of PSP NobleQ, plus an additional mid-range filter
and adjustable bass attenuation frequency shift.

Key Features :
• Analog Character with Modern Control: Inspired by legendary passive software EQs (often referred to as Pultec-style), the plugin
offers more flexibility, including adjustable high-pass filters (HPF) and Boost/Attenuation switches for the HF sections.
• Unique Low-Pass Section: The low-shelf section combines two shelving sections: one for boost
and one for attenuation, set to a slightly higher frequency. Using them together helps achieve a tight,
rich low-end without muddying the lower mids.
• Flexible High-Pass Section: The high-frequency range consists of two filters – a peaking filter with adjustable bandwidth
for boosting and a shelf filter for attenuation. They work together, allowing you to selectively filter out peaks while maintaining overall gain at the selected frequency.
• Valve Saturation: A built-in, switchable
valve-like rounding algorithm adds depth and warmth to your mix. The amount of processing depth can be adjusted with a separate micro-knob.
• FAT Double Sampling: Proprietary double sampling technology is used for a natural, analog response
, improving accuracy and reducing digital artifacts.
• Application: PSP NobleQ is great for mixing and mastering, adding a sophisticated vintage character to vocals, drums, or entire mixes.
