bx_XL V2 gives mastering engineers the ability to create loud mixes.
Using the M/S technology of Brainworx’s revolutionary bx_digital EQ, you can split the mid channel into two bands (high and low),
allowing you to control the level of three separate channels – side, mid-high and mid-low. crank up the volume,
radically improving the clarity of your mixes, with far less artifacts and far more energy.

The Crossover Frequency slider allows you to choose where the mid-bass section ends and mid-bass processing begins. Use it to isolate the kick drum and limit it differently than the rest of the mid signal: an extremely useful approach for mixes that require strong low-end, such as dance, rap, techno and rock. Once the three channels of the bx_XL V2 have been mixed back into stereo, an additional limiter offers adjustable level of the main output signal. This is a four stage professional limiter that delivers loud and crystal clear stereo mixes.
XL controls let you add warmth to your mixes by introducing third and fifth order harmonics. A special filtering process prevents aliasing and protects your mixes from artifacts. This additional harmonic content increases perceived loudness without significantly increasing the output level of your music.
The bx_XL V2 also includes a three-band “psychoacoustic” volume maximizer and a variety of detailed level meters, making it an unrivaled sophisticated dynamics and volume control system. This is the first and only Mid/Side mastering limiter that allows you to individually listen to your Mid/Side signals and adjust phase using Phase-X crossover filters, allowing you to hear the finest details in your mixes.

bx_XL V2 is designed as the final plugin on the main bus, making it the perfect complement to the Brainworx bx_limiter plugin, which is designed for subgroups and stems. The bx_XL V2, with its numerous limiting stages and other advanced features, can also withstand loads on stems and bars in many situations.

Treatment:
After installation, run PluginAlliance_KeyGen.exe and the plugin
In the plugin, click on registration, select “I’m Offline”, copy the identification number into the corresponding window (Device ID) of KeyGen, click “Generate” – the file will be saved on the desktop.
In the plugin, click “Open License”, point to the saved file > “Activate”
