Description: We’re excited to announce the release of Angelic Chimes, a Kontat sample library with an astounding selection of astounding chimes. The chime has a clear, lively tone with a ton of sustain – in fact, some of the chimes last over 30 seconds. Of course, this can be changed using the built-in attack, decay and release controls, which allow you to transform the volume envelope of audio signals into rich pad sounds or short percussive hits.
We developed Angelic Harp in collaboration with Guy Randle of Rosewood Recording Company, who designed and supervised the sampling. “Angelic Harp” is a 47-string concert harp played by harpist Alex Bigney of the Celtic band Kirkmount.
This handmade angelic zither has 15 strings and comes from Belarus.
We developed Pure Jazz Vibes in collaboration with Chris Poehler of Lujon Audio, who organized and supervised the entire sample recording and contributed his invaluable expertise to the creation of the sample library itself. One of our main priorities for Pure Jazz Vibes was to achieve a clean yet natural vibraphone tone. We auditioned several vibraphones, finally choosing a 70’s Musser Century vibraphone for its classic warm tone. The Musser Vibraphone is a legendary instrument, widely used by vibraphone masters such as Gary Burton, Lionel Hampton, Milt Jackson, Bobby Hutcherson, Mike Maineri and many others.
Double bass with a characteristic “dusty”, slightly broken sound. Ideal for jazz. This is an updated version: the library is optimized for low CPU load, a new script and interface are built in.
