Session Strings Pro 2 doubles the Session Strings 2 lineup , offering 8 violins, 6 violas, 4 cellos, and 4 double basses. Use a preset configuration or create your own ensemble (up to 22 players). Choose traditional or modern groupings to customize the stereo image.
Incredible Depth of Sound
Fill your strings with vibrant, emotional tones using a wide range of articulations. Session Strings Pro 2 offers 26 types of articulations, including legato, portamento, and glissando, as well as various crescendos, trills, rises, falls, and more.
Performance Support Features
Session Strings Pro 2 contains many features that have been implemented in response to user requests.
• True Legato. Use real legato, portamento or glissando. Each interval has its own correct transition
• Smart Voice Split. Provide natural sounding chords with notes automatically assigned to the desired instrument group
• Smart Chord. Generate fully orchestrated ensemble chords with individual keys
• Color. Fill your mix with new colors! Fine-tune the sound with a full set of effects: dynamics, EQ, delay and convolution reverb
• Rhythm Animator. Add movement to chords with the rhythm animator – an arpeggiator with assignable articulations, chords and note parameters for each step
• Phrase Animator. Use the phrase animator to quickly create new arrangements with unique customizable patterns and musical phrases
