Preset Explorer helps you find sounds by ear, not by name. Navigate the soundscape, where the relationships between tones are visually displayed, allowing you to make unexpected discoveries and get results faster.
Go Beyond ADSR :
Absynth 6’s 68-point envelope system features looping, breakpoint curves, sustain stages, and time-synced transitions, as well as dedicated low-frequency envelope generators. These flexible shapes allow for evolving textures and rhythmic movements that go far beyond standard ADSR envelopes.
Modify presets :
With Mutator, inspiration is always just a few clicks away. Use it to transform various presets into completely new ones, instantly creating new variations. Transform them into sounds you love, all while maintaining a history of your changes so you can quickly find and refine your favorite sounds.

Release Notes 6.0.2 – December 17, 2025 :
This update improves the organization of user-generated content. To take advantage of these changes, you’ll need to rescan your user-generated content. On first launch, if you’re using third-party or custom presets, select “Rescan Presets” from the File menu. These presets shouldn’t be added to the factory content folder. To locate your user-generated content folder, use the “Show User-Generated Content Folder” option in the File menu.

FIXED: Absynth 6 would occasionally crash when loading legacy Absynth presets
FIXED: 3rd party and user bank names were not showing up in the bank list. Requires rescanning presets after installation
FIXED: Expand to Rhythm envelope transformation could cause notes to become stuck
FIXED: Issues with updating controller-driven envelopes on the assignment page. This now matches Absynth 5
FIXED: On the settings page, the depth slider is now displayed as text
FIXED On the patches page, all frequency mode menus (Hz, transpose…) may show up in the wrong font when using a different UI zoom

KNOWN ISSUE: In rare cases, some older presets may not load correctly. If they are saved in Absynth 5, they will open correctly.
KNOWN ISSUE: Presets saved in Absynth are not displayed in Komplete Kontrol or Maschine. To see user-created Absynth 6 presets in Maschine or Komplete Kontrol, they must be saved in those applications.
