Description :
The virtual opsix replicates the capabilities of the original FM synthesizer.
The plugin combines several synthesis engines: frequency modulation with six operators, subtractive, semi-modular, analog modeling, waveforming and additive.
Korg notes that the design of the synthesizer has been redesigned for more convenient operation on computers. Despite this, the characteristic opsix operator mixer has been transferred to the plugin without changes.
What’s new in 1.3.0 :
[PC/Mac] Added visualization of parameter modulation on the UI.
[PC/Mac] Previously, double-clicking allowed direct numerical editing of parameters, but starting with this version, it will reset the parameter to its default value. Additionally, clicking on the parameter label now enters numerical input mode, enabling you to edit values ββfrom there.
[PC/Mac] A screen indicating “randomizing in progress” is now displayed during the randomization process.
[PC/Mac] The context menu displayed by right-clicking a parameter now allows you to set up, delete, or edit virtual patches.
[PC/Mac] Includes various bug fixes to improve overall stability.
