Four Delay Styles Full of Character
The Colour Delay feature offers four feedback styles: Tape, Bucket Brigade, Digital and Destruction.
Activate these sound options individually or combine them as you wish
to create completely new and unusual delay sounds.
You can easily adjust the sequence of individual style modules using drag and drop.

Tape
This style captures the sound and characteristics of analog tape machines.
Create delay effects with the warmth, richness, and characteristic imperfections of old tape machines.

Bucket Brigade
The Bucket Brigade delay is based on analog circuits, in which a bucket brigade and a compander form the sound.
It has a soft, dark sound, in which lo-fi artifacts and dynamic noises add characteristic notes.

Digital
Want your production to take into account the shortcomings of early digital delays?
The “Digital” style simulates the aliasing and quantization distortions caused by low sampling rates and bit depths.

Destruction
The Destruction style combines tube and clip control for a powerful, rich sound.
It provides warm tube distortion and crisp cutting for creative sound experimentation
and impressive soundscapes.

Easy operation with interactive display The interactive display allows you to control delayed sounds.
This user-friendly interface makes it easy to create both common and unusual delay and echo effects.
The upper display shows the pulses over time and visualises the modulation.
Drying/humidifying mode, delay time and feedback can be adjusted directly on this diagram.
Below you can customize a fully parametric equalizer. There is also a useful frequency analyzer.
This means you always have a perfect overview of your sound and can easily adjust it.
Perfect for precise and creative sound design!

Five effects followed by a delay With impressive post-delay effects that create space, modulation and dynamics,
you can change the sound of the delay and add additional colors. Diffusion, phaser, chorus, auto pan, ducker
are located after the feedback loop and are designed to creatively adjust the effect signal.
Each effect can be used individually or in combination.
The processing sequence can be easily changed using the drag and drop function.

The algorithms are specially designed for delay to ensure smooth integration and the best sound quality.

• Diffusion: This creates dense, spatial sound structures with subtle changes and a
reverb-like quality, making it ideal for atmospheric sounds.

• Phaser: Use this to add smooth, modulated movement and create lively, dynamic vibrations
– perfect for rhythmic and harmonic parts.

• Chorus: Creates a rich stereo sound with subtle pitch modulations
– perfect for epic opening lines and lush chords.

• Auto Pan : Adds a moving stereo image to the delay signal,
with the signal moving between left and right ranges,
making for an immersive listening experience, especially on headphones.

• Delay Knob: Use the Delay knob to control the delay of the signal,
automatically reducing it as the original signal is played back and increasing it again
when there is room for more clarity and precision.
