A little about the band:
Mike Shinoda is one of the pieces of the Linkin Park mosaic. But the desire to create songs that connected Shinoda with his hip-hop roots allowed him to first write and then record a number of hip-hop songs. As the songs gradually began to grow together into a full-fledged album, Mike wanted to make it organic, alive, creating his own samples and beats in close interweaving with “live” instruments. The sound of “The Rising Tied” has the signature sound of Linkin Park, but it is more personal, completely revealing the soul of one person.
