Some ppl advice to mess with permissions on folders
I would say Don’t block internet folder, just open version.xml with notepad, delete all, save it, then make it read only and delete all permissions, inheritance, etc… strange but work for me finally
But watch out! There is a suspicious file “smss.exe” inside flstudio_win_20.8.4.2545, I’m not sure but Malwarebytes say it’s malware and many engines at Virustotal mark it as ransom. I would be very cautious of this release!
