You can leave all that behind. HouseEngine is a plugin (VST, AU) that automatically generates new catchy melodies, funky basslines and catchy hooks based on your MIDI chords. Concept

Load HouseEngine into a track in your DAW.
Open the plugin and import your MIDI chord sequence. Or let HouseEngine generate a MIDI chord sequence for you.
Now you see a large list of presets. Select a preset and press Play in your DAW to preview it.
Like the preset? Drag the MIDI field into your DAW. The plugin will copy the MIDI data to your DAW.

HouseEngine allows you to get instant results in seconds. You can use preset categories and tags to quickly find the presets you need.
The interface makes it easy to export generated melodies. Just click on the MIDI field next to the HouseEngine presets and drag it to a track in your DAW. The Engine exports generated melodies as standard MIDI files compatible with any DAW.

You can then work with the notes however you like. Use all the tools in your digital audio workstation to create something completely unique, or just leave the notes as is.
