Description: Welcome to our first “Colors” recording “Clar-Duduk”. Klar-Duduk is a cross between a clarinet and an Armenian duduk.
Its warm, worldly tones started a larger goal to give back to the community and have some fun in the studio to create a range of no-frills instruments.
V1.01 :
1. Newly recorded soft sustain with vibrato samples
2. Attack and Release knobs added to the GUI
3. Additional key switch patches.
4. Experimental artificial legato patch.
Additional Information :
Quite often in our creative journey we only need a flavor of an instrument not an in-depth virtual instrument. Just enough to add a bit of worldly magic. The idea here was to capture the emotional essence of the Clar-Duduk focusing on textural performance with out getting too bogged down in the often mechanical process of deeply sampling.
