Description: The piano is the only non-electric instrument included in the V Collection software package. It offers the user two types of instruments: grand piano and upright piano. Of these, nine virtual models are collected, from traditional to the most unusual. For example, a glass grand piano – has anyone ever seen one like this? And such a tool is here. No less surprising is another experimental model – with a metal case. The strings in it are the most ordinary, but all these “iron” resonances bring ringing and a certain monotony to the sound, appropriate for bold experiments, but not very suitable for piano playing. Personally, I still tend to model the timbres of the piano within its natural capabilities, and attribute everything else to the responsibility of synthesizers.
The sound of the piano is beautiful, the settings of the mechanical part give enough freedom to deeply change the properties of the instrument. And the virtual rooms it can be placed in respond quite realistically, so that natural live sound is heard at the output.
Release notes :
It’s an early Christmas for Mac users! I spent 50 plus man hours reversing these Arturia plugins, much more if we don’t count just this past week. It was by far the most requested in my PMs despite me owning legit V collection 7.
Some notes about the plugins – testing in Ableton Live 10 some of the VST3 plugins crash when you delete them from a track, this is a problem for legit users too. VST and AU are not affected despite the AU wrapping the VST3 plugin – more reason to just switch to AU full time so you can use Live 10.1.4 too. AAX is working as it is wrapping the VST3 in Library/Arturia/PRODUCT NAME. Do not remove Arturia Software Center. Make sure to read instructions carefully – CASHMERE
