This is an MPC-style drum sampler. It’s designed to get up and running quickly, but still has powerful features if you need them: 32 pads with basic effects and 8 sample layers on each pad.
This is useful for boosting a bass drum that has too long a decay, or for softening the transient of a hi-hat to create a shaker effect.
You can also change the start, end, volume, pan, and pitch of the loaded sample. A pair of filters are provided for tone shaping, and the Velocity knob controls the dynamic response of each pad.
