As we rolled into the new millennium, R&B experienced a major shift, spearheaded by artists like Erykah Badu, D’Angelo, J Dilla, and the wider Soulquarians collective. Sessions at Electric Lady Studios in Greenwich Village saw them dust off the vintage synths and kits of the previous two decades, pairing analog warmth and organic live sessions with modern sampling and production techniques. AQUARIUS EARTH takes up the palette of earthy tones, funk groove, hip-hop percussion and infectious melody that brought the soul back to the 90s and beyond.

Installation instructions :
MPC Software:
To install the .xpn extension to the software, open MPC Software and simply drag the file into program.
MPC Hardware (Live, One, X, etc.):
Method 1:
First, you need to extract the extension (XPN) folder. Then, copy the program (XMP) folder to the SD card. Place it in a folder named “EXPANSIONS” (root directory), and it will be recognized as an extension.
Method 2:
From MPC Software. Go to “File > Export > Expansion…”.
Select your MPC’s external drive, select the extension you want to export, and click “Export.”
