Our new Mellotron plug-in instrument is designed for creative music production with a wide range of parameters, settings and controls for creating a vast range of keyboard sounds. Start with the built-in sound categories and explore the wide range of sound shaping sections, in particular the new Flavor section.
The AIR Mellotron includes 6 tape sets with samples of the OG Flute, Choir and Strings tapes, giving it a truly authentic sound. You can also choose from ‘dirty’ and ‘clean’ versions of the original tapes. Other sound-shaping options include Formant, Age and Sample Start. To get started, there are 30 factory presets and a range of built-in effects, including the new AIR Flavour (for instant lo-fi quality).
