New features :
Added saving custom PaintBox patterns
JPG and PNG images can now be imported as PaintBox patterns.
Images are automatically converted to black and white and, if necessary, transformed to fit the frame. Try setting a threshold or editing the images yourself before importing for more control!
Longer rhythms of 8 bars, 4 bars, and 2 bars have been added to the Tempo Synced PaintBox Rate control.
It is now possible to work with zero latency if the data window is completely bypassed (via the small button in the upper left corner of the window).
Some DAWs may require you to stop and restart playback for the Zero Latency mode to take effect.
NOTE :
This update fixes a bug in macOS installers that prevented users from saving presets in the user folder. If you used a workaround to fix this and currently have custom presets saved in this folder, we highly recommend that you back up those presets before installing this update. There is a chance that they may be removed when a new version is installed. User presets are located in Macintosh HD/Library/Application Support/Aberrant DSP/Digitalis/Presets.
