Loopmasters presents Guitarristas — a stunning collection of acoustic string instrument loops, inspired by traditional world music and acoustic jam sessions. Get ready for over 200 magnificent, crystal-clear guitar textures across various styles, perfect for everything from vocal-led tracks to dance music. Everything is 100% royalty-free.
Guitarristas combines the talents of Richard Buckland and Chris Barnes. Richard has spent over 40 years touring the world as a professional sound engineer, while also playing guitar along the way. Multi-instrumentalist Chris plays guitar, bass, mandolin, and ukulele, and has worked for years as a successful session musician. Together, they developed the concept for Guitarristas, recording the material at 3rd Man Audio using a curated selection of microphones and top-tier studio gear.
With over 200 loops organized into groups, you’ll find the perfect harmonic fit for your mixes—whether you need lead lines, backing chords, hooks, or arpeggios. Each part features multiple layers that complement one another; all were skillfully recorded and performed, offering an exceptional level of variety suitable for a wide range of production styles. Guitarristas features a variety of acoustic guitars, a mandolin, and a ukulele—mostly recorded in standard tuning with various capo positions. Alternative tunings, including D and DADGAD, were also used to provide additional tonal variety. Each loop is clearly labeled with the instrument used, the key/chords, and the tempo, allowing you to instantly drag and drop high-quality material into your mix.
The styles included in Guitarristas range from Celtic traditional/rock, African, Iberian, Italian, Greek, and Spanish American to Tex-Mex, bluegrass, and Southern USA country. With tempos spanning 60–145 BPM, it offers a solid source of sonic inspiration for indie, pop, hip-hop, blues, house, and many other genres.
In total, you’ll find 749 MB of content, including 225 guitar loops (across 50 arrangements) covering styles such as modern traditional acoustic, Celtic, traditional rock, African, Iberian, Italian, Greek, Spanish American, Tex-Mex, bluegrass, Southern USA country, folk, blues, rock, and ska—all at tempos from 60 to 145 BPM. The pack also includes 231 Rex2 loops and is available in multiple formats; see the specifications for details.
