Description: This collection showcases the powerful capabilities of Vienna Synchron Player and the Vienna Whistler virtual instrument. The entire sample database has been reworked, updated, and optimized for the Vienna Whistler sampler to enhance authenticity, usability, and flexibility.

Markus Schmidinger, renowned French horn player and author of the VI Series Brass I, Brass II, and Epic Horns collections, is also a virtuoso whistler with an incredibly homogeneous timbre over a range of approximately two octaves. This was recorded in our second studio, Silent Stage, a sound system with a focused, controlled atmosphere, specifically designed and built for recording samples. The small size of this room allows the artist to be placed in any virtual acoustic environment.

Installation :

To use, you need R2R Synchron Player.
To use, after installing everything from R2R:
Move the *.R2RVSLSYN file (Magic file) to “%PROGRAMDATA%\VSL\Vienna Synchron Player\R2R\”.
Launch VSLEMU CacheBuilder; its shortcut will appear on your desktop after installation.

Next, you can simply use the library. The *.syvolume file is a sample file. You can store it anywhere, just remember to specify the path to the library in Synchron Player.
Synchron Player can find libraries in subfolders, meaning if you have multiple libraries in a shared folder, you only need to specify the path to that folder, not each individual library.
